My Pink Passport Chronicles

I’m finally going to Peru. It been about 10 years in the making. I have wanted to do this trip for so long. I first saw the instagram for the travel group I am going with in 2016. Around that time was also when I decided I wanted to do all seven wonders of the world before 40.

This past weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to celebrate Mother’s Day with a trip to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter in Kentucky—and let me just say, it was so much more than just a fun family vacation. If you’ve never been, I highly recommend going—especially with friends. So many of the exhibits are thought-provoking and ripe for deep discussion. Last weekend I really pushed myself outside of my comfort zone. I knew I would be a little outside of the zone, but this was on the other side of the spectrum. And I am genuinely so proud of myself.  For those who know me personally or even those who just read the blog, you know I am an indoor girlie. I prefer to be inside or I don’t mind a sunroom.
