This past weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to celebrate Mother’s Day with a trip to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter in Kentucky—and let me just say, it was so much more than just a fun family vacation. If you’ve never been, I highly recommend going—especially with friends. So many of the exhibits are thought-provoking and ripe for deep discussion. Last weekend I really pushed myself outside of my comfort zone. I knew I would be a little outside of the zone, but this was on the other side of the spectrum. On October 3, 2024 I hopped on a plane and headed to the diverse city of San Francisco! This was technically my first time visiting. I actually traveled there once to speak at an event about two years ago, but it was a fly in and fly out type of trip. This time I was able to really soak in  and explore the city. My friends and I were even able to visit The Princess Diaries locations (my favorite movie).
